Led by its founders and directors, Mr Tom Ho and Mr Frankie Pang, the company continues to build a diversified portfolio management to stay on top of the game.

The company was established in 2008 when Mr Ho and Mr Pang, each with different areas of expertise, teamed up to work towards the goal of transforming the security business. With Mr Pang’s vast experience in motor assessor surveying and Mr Ho’s previous stint as a police officer specialising in investigations and security, FormTeam started as a specialist in surveying and private investigation work. It has since expanded into security, insurance and risk advisory services with a vision to help companies improve business processes by exploring the myriad of possibilities that technology offers.

Advancements in technology have enabled businesses to have rapid access to data and information to facilitate the streamlining of business processes. As such, traditional business operations and the heavy reliance on paperwork are slowly being phased out. FormTeam harnesses the power of technology to offer its clients creative and future-proof solutions.

Today, FormTeam Consultancy has five other affiliate companies with different expertise and specialties. They are FormTeam Accident Services Taskforce (FAST), Heuristic Pro, Advance FT Technologies, FormTeam Adjusters and FormTeam Marine. With the Group consisting of six companies in total, FormTeam operates on a lean-manpower model with resources shared among these companies to maximise efficiency of resource usage.
