The contents in this website and DVD/CD-ROMs or directories (henceforth “Publication”) published by Yellow Pages Pte Ltd (“YPPL”), including the information, text, layout, graphics, images, organization, design, compilation and other materials in the Publication (“Material”), are proprietary and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All property rights and intellectual property rights in the Material are the sole property of and/or have been exclusively licensed to YPPL. Your use of the Publication is governed by the terms of use (“Terms of Use”) set out in this Notice.

Your use of the Publication indicates your acknowledgment of, and agreement to, the Terms of Use. If you do not accept the Terms of Use, you should immediately cease all use of this Publication and promptly return the Publication to YPPL.

YPPL does not provide any subscriber’s information to any vendors for the purpose of reselling, and neither does it authorize any party to resell the same.

You may use the Publication only for internal, personal and non-commercial purposes. You are strictly prohibited from: (i) selling, copying, translating, republishing, transmitting, renting, reselling, modifying, adapting, reproducing, using or creating derivative works from, displaying, distributing or otherwise exploiting the Material (in whole or in part) in any way for commercial purposes, (ii) using the Material (in whole or in part) to develop, or develop as a component of, any information, storage and retrieval system, database, information base or similar resources (in any media now existing or hereafter developed), that is offered for commercial distribution of any kind, including through sale, license, loan, lease, rental, subscription, reselling or any other commercial distribution mechanism, including but not limited to using the Material to provide direct mailing services, (iii) conducting “meta-search” of the YPPL websites and services, send, or cause to be sent, any automated queries of sort to the Internet Yellow Pages and Internet White Pages or use the YPPL websites and services in any commercial manner, and/or (iv) authorizing or licensing any third party to do any of the foregoing in (i), (ii) and (iii). Unauthorized use of the Material may violate copyright, trademark and other laws.

You acknowledge that the Material may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The respective advertisers are solely responsible for the accuracy and contents of their own Advertisements, and for all claims, losses, costs, expenses or damages whatsoever from any person arising (directly or indirectly) from the publication of any Advertisement. YPPL aims to provide accurate information but cannot take any responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy and contents for any Advertisement. YPPL, its employees and agents therefore will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense incurred or arising by reason of any person (including but not limited to claims of negligence, intellectual property infringement and defamation) in connection with any Advertisement. YPPL makes no warranty or representation in respect of, nor do they endorse any product, service or other matter whatsoever appearing in the Advertisements.

All contracts and invoices for Yellow Pages® products carry the official name of Yellow Pages Pte Ltd or Global Yellow Pages Media and corresponding logos. Our registered address is 1 Lorong 2 Toa Payoh, Singapore 319637. All billings, payments or enquiries are to be directed to this address and not to any other address (including foreign addresses).

If you violate any of these Terms of Use or in the event of any conduct by you that YPPL, in its sole discretion, considers to be unacceptable, your permission to use the Publication automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any copies you have made of the Material, and we reserve all rights hereunder and may proceed with legal action against you without any further notice.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our affiliates, business partners, officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) asserted by any third party relating in any way to your use of the Publication or breach of the Terms of Use.
